As a farmhouse in Villandro is in our property, we have the possibility of an appropriate animal care. The cattle are fed with surrounding grazing land hay and with high alpine pasture hay (1500 meters over the sea) containing lots of herbs and quality nutritive substances. They are also nourished with a mixture of cereals prepared with care.
In autumn the animals enjoy to graze in nature while in winter they are housed in our cowshed. In our farmhouse we rear the German Simmental and a world famous breed for its high quality meat.
The Italian farms are our source for pork meat. |
